VialMath comes in two tiers. VialMath Free costs nothing, requires no account and no payment details, and is not a trial — it does not expire. VialMath Power is $39, paid once, and unlocks the rest.
For Power: there is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no feature moved behind a higher tier after your purchase. Everything unlocked at purchase is yours for good, Power never loses a feature, and nothing will ever be sold above Power.
For Free: Free is not a trial, does not expire, and needs no account or card. We are not promising that its limits will only ever loosen. On 2 September 2026 we reduced the number of items Free tracks from three to two, and moved blends into Free in the same release. The previous version of this page said Free’s contents would never shrink — that was a stronger promise than we could keep, and it is removed rather than reworded around. What we will hold to instead: any change to what Free includes is published in the changelog on the day it ships, and the version of these terms it replaced is kept at prior versions. Named features already in Free are not moved to Power.
VialMath computes arithmetic and schedule logic from numbers you enter. It does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose or treat anything, does not supply or suggest any compound, dose, or range, and does not evaluate whether anything you enter is safe. Nothing in VialMath, on this site, or in any support reply is a substitute for advice from the clinician who prescribes or oversees your protocol.
Your purchase grants a license for personal use by one person, on any of your own devices. Your license key is not for resale, sharing, or redistribution. Using someone else's license key without authorization voids support and refund eligibility for that key.
The price of VialMath Power is $39, charged once, through the payment processor shown at checkout. We do not store your payment details — the processor handles payment directly.
If VialMath isn't useful to you, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through the payment processor that handled your purchase (Gumroad or Stripe, depending on where you bought it) — email [email protected] and we'll process it through that processor.
We fix bugs — tell us exactly what you did and what you expected, and we'll look at it. We do not answer clinical questions, dosing questions, or anything about your specific protocol; for that, talk to the clinician who prescribes or oversees it.
Your protocol data lives on your own device — see the privacy policy for the full detail. We don't hold a copy of it and can't restore it for you if you lose it; export a backup from the app's Data view before switching devices or clearing your browser.
VialMath is provided as-is. We work to keep the calculations correct and publish an open, runnable test suite so you can check that claim yourself (see the test suite) — but we do not warrant that the app is error-free or fit for any particular purpose beyond what's described on this site.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. These terms are versioned. The version in force on the date of your purchase governs that purchase — we keep a dated copy of every prior version, and a later edit never changes the terms you bought under.
